    If you don't have much knowledge about tech please don't hesitate to hie the Geek Squad. They do an awesome job. I always thought it was a ripoff but its not. Its worth money.

    Two of three visits were excellent. Managerial staff encountered are helpful and focused on conflict resolution. Overseas located call centers are ineffectual and a waste of time, other than to get a local stateside number.
