    I've given a low-ish rating because the agent did install my new modem. He was personable and kind. However, he forgot about the other "devices" for which WiFi is needed, like the printer and the televisions. Result was that I had to have another in-home visit and much frustration before the 2nd one could be set so that the problems could finally be rectified.

    On time, professional, and the most important thing when dealing with people that are not tech savvy is PATIENCE. Buzz is the best hands down.

    Two of three visits were excellent. Managerial staff encountered are helpful and focused on conflict resolution. Overseas located call centers are ineffectual and a waste of time, other than to get a local stateside number.

    the tech installed my new & highly recommended modem and wi-fi for whole house use and tweaked my other equipment to benefit from wi-fi use.
