    I've given a low-ish rating because the agent did install my new modem. He was personable and kind. However, he forgot about the other "devices" for which WiFi is needed, like the printer and the televisions. Result was that I had to have another in-home visit and much frustration before the 2nd one could be set so that the problems could finally be rectified.

    On time, professional, and the most important thing when dealing with people that are not tech savvy is PATIENCE. Buzz is the best hands down.

    I considered doing it myself but dealing with and knowing answers to cable providers questions would have been a nightmare. He did it with ease!
