Your agent. Romel Lawrence. failed to complete the installation. One TV is still cutting off with a message that it is not connected to the internet. Our telephone answering system is now connected to a second floor bedroom instead of in the kitchen where it belongs. We have discussed this with Mr. Lawrence and Mr. John Carey, your In Home Advisor, but they have failed to correct the situation. Payment being delayed until installation is completed.

Very caring careful, knowledgable, and efficient service with installation of several electronic components to my home entertainment system.

Was told I would get a call within 24 hrs to confirm and they didn’t call till day of only for sound bar which he said he couldn’t set up and made me sign and left no call no show for modem. Rescheduled modem and day of then cancelled and wanted to reschedule after I took another day off work. Deplorable service. I plan to cancel and get refund.

The person that was sent to my house was helpful for how to proceed after not being able to solve my problem due to not having the equipment. I told the person when I was scheduling the appointment this was not the specific service I needed yet they insisted that it be scheduled and if i decided it wasn’t the right service after they arrived then it would still be taken care of. I described my desired service quite clearly and as the technician that was sent out informed me, the service and personnel I needed was offered and yet I still got a service I did not need, essentially sending out an employee that could not do the job after telling them multiple times this appointment type was not what I needed. I appreciate the help the provided by the technician that was sent out nonetheless.

The installers in stalled my Velop system and connected most of my devices. We both forgot one or two.

The installation was smooth and the home wireless mesh router works great.

Geek was amenable to time, knew what he was talking about, pleasant & wore a mask
