Updated my wifi and set it all up with no problem. Did a great job !!

The technician couldn’t setup my modem after 2+ hrs. First He said a part was missing from the new modem package. He said he had to leave and then I responded saying your work here is not done. He spent another 40 minutes then said I had to call CenturyLink to send a tech with the missing part and to activate the modem from their office. CenturyLink technician arrived a day early and successfully turned on the modem & all wifi accessories, saying the modem was plugged in wrong in the garage. No part was necessary nor was It necessary to activate the modem from the office. He spent only 15 minutes to do it all.

The techs that came were great, helping me understand how & what is needed.

I bought this computer with high hopes of getting all of what I needed. In no time it was locked up and I could not do anything with it so I called the store for help. Talked to the Geek Squad people who told me I would have to bring it back in. I live over 65miles and I am 77 years old!! I took it back and was given a time to pick it up. When I went to get it, I was told it wasn't ready!! The girl I talked to said she had tried ton call me to ask a question and could not reach me I had gotten 3 calls on my cell reminding me to come pick it up. She had used my home number! Both numbers were listed on my sales receipt! They had to wipe/strip every off and I would have to start from scratch. I waited about 30 minutes or more for them to do this. I looked the young man in the eye and asked him if it was just like I bought it. He said it was. I bought a windows 11 and added Microsoft 365 to it. I had to buy a new copier a week later and was told my computer was a Windows 10 then later was told I did not have Microsoft on it and would have to buy it again.!!!! Needless to say, I am VERY disappointed!!
