Technician Connor needs more setup training.

First He said a part was missing from the new modem package. He said he had to leave and then I responded saying your work here is not done. He spent another 40 minutes then said I had to call CenturyLink to send a tech with the missing part and to activate the modem from their office. CenturyLink technician arrived a day early and successfully turned on the modem & all wifi accessories, saying the modem was plugged in wrong in the garage. No part was necessary nor was It necessary to activate the modem from the office. He spent only 15 minutes to do it all.
