This service was not completed and I was charged for it. I have been trying for three days now to get a refund and no one I have been able to reach (local, online, 1800bestbuy, etc) has been able to help me. This is horrible customer service and gigantic rip off.

I will NEVER buy from Best Buy again. We pay yearly to have them come set up things we buy. SCAM. We had to take it to the store to have it set up. Like i said NEVER again

The service I paid for is no longer available according to Geek Squad, but the people taking the orders have no clue.

This setup has been really slow and now it is not working at all. II need wifi to work from home and this set up has been a real disappointment.

They never showed up for their apt. Did not call with excuse, poor customer service; returned product. Zero stars.

Computer is offline. Not working. Modem is on, TVs working but computer was not added to the network.

Scheduled and cancelled several times. My history shows one item STILL "out for delivery" and they won't give me a refund !

I returned the modem. The eros wifi wouldn't stay connected and there was no point keeping a modem that didn't have wifi.

You should be proud to have an employee like Giancarlo. He was professional had recommendations and an overall great addition to the Geek Squad and his knowledge on installation of our products were the best we’ve had from the Geek Squad

The geek squad sent Joseph to our home because our Internet was inoperable. Joseph was very knowledgeable and corrected our problem. He’s very professional and we will use the geek squad whenever needed. I highly recommend Joseph, he’s a great asset to the company.

I had Geeks twice, and they were knowledgeable, efficient, and honest. They quickly identified issues and knew how to resolve them. They politely answered questions honestly. They covered their shoes when they entered the house to prevent bringing in dirt or mud. Without the Geeks, I would probably still be trying to set of a modem and new television.

Adonis came at the scheduled time and helped with improving WiFi connectivity with my HP wireless printer. He even suggested that the new WiFi that I had was not needed and to contact my provider saving money.

Tech was very knowledgeable and worked through my issues and got to the root problem. Although it took several days to get that corrected the final product is working great

Agents installed my wifi and router and had it working in minutes.

Peter helped me with set up in store and Frank came to my aid with home set up that was a problem. Both super great employees

Agent was most pleasant and arrived on time. My previous appointment time for 2 pm on a work day never materialized but it wasn't this agent. Biggest problem was that he couldn't get the new modem/router to work with the new Spectrum modem. I'm still having problems with signal strength in the opposite end of the house which is why I bought the modem to begin with.

We had 2 very nice technicians. One connected the modem & router while the other focused on connecting to our WiFi. It was connected quickly & we were up & running within a short time. Both were friendly, knowledgeable & efficient. We were very happy with their work! Saved AGAIN by Geek Squad!!! Thank you
