I returned the modem. The eros wifi wouldn't stay connected and there was no point keeping a modem that didn't have wifi.

I had Geeks twice, and they were knowledgeable, efficient, and honest. They quickly identified issues and knew how to resolve them. They politely answered questions honestly. They covered their shoes when they entered the house to prevent bringing in dirt or mud. Without the Geeks, I would probably still be trying to set of a modem and new television.

Tech was very knowledgeable and worked through my issues and got to the root problem. Although it took several days to get that corrected the final product is working great

Agent was most pleasant and arrived on time. My previous appointment time for 2 pm on a work day never materialized but it wasn't this agent. Biggest problem was that he couldn't get the new modem/router to work with the new Spectrum modem. I'm still having problems with signal strength in the opposite end of the house which is why I bought the modem to begin with.

We had 2 very nice technicians. One connected the modem & router while the other focused on connecting to our WiFi. It was connected quickly & we were up & running within a short time. Both were friendly, knowledgeable & efficient. We were very happy with their work! Saved AGAIN by Geek Squad!!! Thank you

Geek Squad arrived one day after my purchase of the recommended Eero Mesh WIFI system (two units). Setup was quick and complete. An 'install/monitoring' app was loaded onto my phone to allow for easily expanding this MESH WIFI system, and monitoring the ongoing 'health' of each Eero unit.

Don was thorough and answered all my questions. He patiently explained what needed to be done and he took care of it. I felt very confident in the service I received

The agent installed a new modem and made sur it worked before closing the job order. He also answered the questions we had!!! Great to have our computer back again.

The agent programmed and connected my hawksnet device and it seemed as though all was well, but this was not the case in all areas of my home. The next day my signal had dropped out. The agent was very courteous and attentive to my needs. The device was wrong for the appllication.

The lady from Geek Squad put my new laptop together in no time and got my Eero's set up as well. She knew what she was doing and I haven't had any problems since. Except I forgot how to upload pictures automatically. Me bad.

Geek Squad agents installed a new modem for my computer set up and did it expertly and professionally in minimum time making the experiencevery enjoyable.

The agent mounted and set into service our new modem. Making sure all the TV's in our house were connected and functioning properly. He was professional, polite and well trained to solve our problems.

The geek squad set up my new internet for me .Did all the hard work for me Tom was so great to work with may sure everything work in the house .What a difference it may to us .No more problems,so happy we had them do are set up

The technician who came out was very patient and tried multiple things to arrive at a solution for the problems I have with reconnecting my home wifi connections after installing a new modem required by Comcast. He was also able to determine that I had a separate issue with my IPAD and suggested it needed to be reset to factory settings to work. My only issue with Geek Squad was literally taking 30 minutes to schedule an appointment because automated and online choices for the problem did not fit my situation and it took a long time to talk to the right person just to schedule a home visit which is what I knew I needed from the beginning.

Frank and his associate were great to work with, very knowledgeable, courteous, personable. We had issues with our internet they were able to diagnose the problem, recommended the proper equipment, even helped order for us and came back for installation. Highly recommend the Frank and his associate. Smooth transitiion after months of headaches!!!!!

The guy who set this up did a great job. When it wouldn’t link with Xfinity, he virtual chatted with them via my phone, like he was me and got it straightened out and connected. Thanks!

The Techs were great, had knowledge of our needs, and fixed us up. After being without our Router connected devices for 5 days we were really glad our problems were resloved. We like our Totaltech membership.

He helped me set up the router and the modem AND went above and beyond helping set up my passwords!
