When Joseph T. comes for a service call, be prepared to feel confident that your privacy will be respected & know that you will get excellent results. If you don't have Millennials or grandkids in your life, better get Best Buy Total Tech!

Connecting Right
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.They worked on this for quite a time and got in contact with Xfinity to get me going and it took awhile but they were very patient and got the modem to work properly. The only thing now is I can’t try to use Netflix I can’t connect to the internet. So, based on that I have rescheduled another visit with the Geek Squad to find out why it will not connect !
