This service call actually happened on 09/27, as it was repositioned from 09/22. They worked on this for quite a time and got in contact with Xfinity to get me going and it took awhile but they were very patient and got the modem to work properly. The only thing now is I can’t try to use Netflix I can’t connect to the internet. So, based on that I have rescheduled another visit with the Geek Squad to find out why it will not connect !

The Geek Squad Techs are very knowledgeable and friendly and now if I buy anything they’re here to install it with a service contract and it’s great to have replacement warranty, because anything can go wrong no matter what the name of the product is with it it’s protection for you or your family members.

The agent hooked up a new modem and corrected problems with our wy-fi. He also hooked up our Alexa Echo. He did an excellent job. He explained everything and was very personable. All your employees should follow his example. I would recommend him to our Family and Friends .

Brian is smart and willing to help. Good combination! Cost just a bit of money, but we have our system up and running again. Only complaint would be we lost volume control off of the app. Truly missed that capability.
