They worked on this for quite a time and got in contact with Xfinity to get me going and it took awhile but they were very patient and got the modem to work properly. The only thing now is I can’t try to use Netflix I can’t connect to the internet. So, based on that I have rescheduled another visit with the Geek Squad to find out why it will not connect !

The Geek Squad Techs are very knowledgeable and friendly and now if I buy anything they’re here to install it with a service contract and it’s great to have replacement warranty, because anything can go wrong no matter what the name of the product is with it it’s protection for you or your family members.
