Brian is smart and willing to help. Good combination! Cost just a bit of money, but we have our system up and running again. Only complaint would be we lost volume control off of the app. Truly missed that capability.

TotalTech agents, Anthony & Skyler, installed Netgear Modem quickly & on time. This has helped increase Internet download speed required for 4K & UHD movies & TV service from Xfinity. Thank You for your prompt assistance.

The IT specialist did all he could at te he time and the areas he covered are working fine. A number of other areas need to be cleaned up now. Sadly I'll be heading home soon and will not likely be able to get things done. Guess I'll buy a different system next time.

I pay $200 a year for this service, but when my internet wasn't working and I couldn't figure out what was wrong, it was worth it to have a technician come to my house and fix it. Thank you.

The TECH connected my printer via the cable I had purchased @ BB. This resolved my printing issues. He set up the NETGEAR router to work with the Amazon Kindle so we're good.

The agents were beyond helpful. They didn’t leave until everything I needed done (even things I didn’t know needed doing!) was done. The were kind, patient and very professional.

Tech was able to correct Wi-Fi connectivity in my home. He programed or revised connections at all my devices. Tech was friendly, courteous and professional

Christopher and Saul apparently solved a major problem we’ve had for MONTHS!!! Finally the sporadic blurred reception on Hulu is fixed and the abnormally long buffering is fixed as well. THANK YOU CHRISTOPHER AND SAUL!!!!!

My new IPad is a big hit with my family. I need to keep an eye on it so I know where it is when I want it. The size and features are a perfect fit for most needs.

The technicians were great. Very helpful. Cimtel technicians didn't have a clue how to help me.

Agent installed WiFi/router, changed the name and password on it so it would connect to all my devices. All is good at this point.
