MARCO is amazing: makes thungs look simple and his knowledge is quite impressive.

On 1/15/25 I had someone come out and try to fix restore my laptop. He informed me that he couldn't detect my harddrive and that wasn't the 1st appointment scheduled for it they sent out someone to set up a printer so rescheduled and that's whemn the tech came out. That appointment was made from 12pm to 4pm. Well couldn't resolve the issue so he canceled the appointment since he didn't do anything and i got my money back. So i buy a laptop from bb and try to schedule an appointment for them to come out and set up the wifi and make sure my printer will work thru wireless witch it will i just don't know how. Well this appointment cant be made for after 12pm and i have insomnia and disabled and am a shut in. I just don't understand why one appointment could be the time i seeded and not this one. The laptop the person couldn't fix i bought from bb and they came out and did every thing i needed no problem even came out after 12pm but that was in 2021 but there coustmer service has gone down hill very bad. Im probably going too return the laptop and get it from someone that can respect my needs. I've had geek squad support for several years 1st time ever being treated like this. Won't be renewing my membership in April 2025. Im going to check out Hello Tech.
