    Geek Squad missed an important installation issue

    The Total Tech person was very nice, but neglected to pair my printer with the new modems. They had different ISP numbers. It took us over a week to get someone to fix this at some expense. Meanwhile, our printer was offline for that time

    Appointment was set up for almost a month out, I took off of work, blocked the calendar in my Airbnb. So they could come and then the night before they cancelled. I called BB and they said that was a mistake and they would be there. No one showed up. I went to the store and waited two hours demanding service which was done a day later only because I refused to leave until they promised it. Guy who arrived was great although it didn’t really fix the problem and calling back amounts to hours on hold.

    Geek squad is helpful when customer is prepared

    We didn't have the modem that was needed. The tech was as helpful as she could be. But we still were charged $149. We still don't have our TV set up properly and can't afford another $149 service fee.

    Geek Squad associate did not fix my network on myP

    Geek associate didn't arrive. One Geek associate didn't complete request. Computer still states "no network.: I need my computer and, Google Pixel 6A to work for doctor I recently had a stroke. The phone and computer are vital to my health. Geek Squad needs to do their part and adhere to request's.
