Bought one particular modem that was listed as compatible with the cable service. After several attempts to activate the modem (even had my Google employed bro to give it a try) we finally call the Geek Squad (the modem was purchased under the Total Tech plan - which I highly recommend as well). Anyway, after the Geek Squad tech came out to give it a go, they finally advised that we should get a different brand and that they've heard the initial one we bought had experienced similar issues in the past. So, that's what we did. Returned the first modem and got the recommended one. Was able to install and activate that one without help from the Geek Squad. Glad that they admitted that they had a preferred modem (and didn't recommend the other one...I would think that the next step would be for Best Buy to pull the troublesome one from their shelves until it's been updated).

Brian was awesome, let us know he was on the way, and knew exactly what he was doing. Had our new web/mesh internet installed quickly and professionally. Had me open the app and showed me how it works and even gave tips to get the most out of our new system.

Being completely unable to install anything, my modem was done quickly and professionally. I'm saving a lot of monthly rental fees, and it's running great. My technician was on time, polite and very smart with all the items he checked and made sure worked before he left. I am deeply pleased and also say thank you.

My technician Gee from Geek squad was excellent, he arrived on time, kindly put booties over his shoes and diagnosed my problem immediately, within 5 minutes. He answered all my questions fully and clearly. I would absolutely recommend this gentleman.

installed an eero Pro 6 AX4200 Tri-Band Wi-Fi 6 Mesh Wifi System (3-pack) along with an ARRIS - SURFboard 32 x 8 DOCSIS 3.1 Cable Modem. The service rep (Tristan) was very professional and thorough with the installation. Within an hour the system was up and running and he gave clear understanding how the system works.

Great service BUT I asked tech to return modem and ethernet cable we didn’t need on Sept 13, 2023. It was not returned. Have disputed the charge but not resolved. Dianne Myers

Miguel was an exceptional technician. He was able to install our new Eero Mesh Wi-Fi system quickly and synchronize all of our devices. He is extremely customer oriented and friendly. It was a pleasure to work with him during the installation. I would highly recommend him to any Best Buy customer. He's an asset for the Santa Fe store.
