I had a very good experience with the installation of my modem. The tech took a lot of time installing and making sure all is working. My doorbell still does not work from my Echos. I need to make another appointment for a follow up to have that fixed.

We needed help installing internet devices that we simply couldn't get to work despite repeated efforts and calls to the provider. The Geek Squad employee came when scheduled and was able to efficiently install and get the system working, showing us what was done and helping us should we have issues at a later date. The system has worked well since this installation. We are very pleased with the service, the employees and the results.

Agent set up mesh network and was very professional and thorough

The agent changed my modem and connected it, went through my computer to get rid of old files and clean it up and helped with wireless connection issues with my printer. He did a great job with all of this and also explained things that I can do going forward. He was great.

I don't think I could have completed the setup alone. The tech couldn't complete setup. Had to go to internet provider to get setup completed. The tech was very helpful in directing me as what to do in order for setup to be completed.

One of my best experiences with a technician coming in to install something at my house! He was very professional, polite, and efficient! He even came earlier than we expected, which was a plus for us (there was a 4 hour time window, he came almost right on the dot of the start time in the window).

The agents came in set up my TV hooked up the Internet the modem the router made sure that my computer was connected to the Internet walked me through the TV set up how to use the remote control. These agents were the most professional and easy to understand when answering my questions.

My grandson installed my tv & not an Agent. An agent never has installed a tv for me --- just my computers and my calls for help when I mess up on my computer & they are fantastic

I have multiple devices in my home. The Geek Squad agent that came and set everything up, was professional, knowledgeable,, and courteous. He went about his business and got the job done quickly. He also had a great sense of humor. I would have never have been ever to set things up on my own. GREAT JOB!
