Not complete - installation stalled.

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The technician came to install the security system but could not get all of the components to connect online. He said he thought our internet range and speed wasn’t adequate even though we purchased a google mesh system to boost our internet as recommended by the Best Buy In Home Advisor. The installer was going to replace the google system with a more powerful one but a second installation appointment has been delayed. It seems though that those components did come online but without instructions and technological expertise for this security system and With the installation incomplete we have not been able to use the system. We purchase the system about a month ago and we are frustrated by the delays.

Third party installers, really?

Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Total tech sent a third party installer (without telling me that is doing so) to set up our Ring Home security who had no clue on how to do the installation with existing wired home security, and plug in the keypad. The guy had onky instalked the system twice before in his career. Did not expect this from total tech membership. So far not a value for my money. I paid for best buy support not a third party installation. Wish i could get the money back.
