Not complete - installation stalled.

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The technician came to install the security system but could not get all of the components to connect online. He said he thought our internet range and speed wasn’t adequate even though we purchased a google mesh system to boost our internet as recommended by the Best Buy In Home Advisor. The installer was going to replace the google system with a more powerful one but a second installation appointment has been delayed. It seems though that those components did come online but without instructions and technological expertise for this security system and With the installation incomplete we have not been able to use the system. We purchase the system about a month ago and we are frustrated by the delays.

Ring Alarm system works great

Not working to well yet.

Told it would work great, it failed to work and set off because signal was weak, after many visits to trouble shoot, was told we needed booster, did that, still not. Then told to replace with cellular because of weak signal. As of 2 months out having false alarms, but they are saying the system just needed upgraded. Stay tuned
