The Geek Squad installer was friendly, professionals and ensure we understood how to operate before departing.

The agent that was assigned to install the home security device didn't have any experience with installing sensors and security device NOR had proper tools to install this. They said they are going to come back with proper tools 2 days later but never came back and stop replying my messages. They were very unprofessional. I am not sure why Best buy hire such third party contractors who doesn't have responsibility on their job. I called bestbuy to reschedule and same thing happened for the 2nd time on the day of installation and the agent never showed up for the service. It was probably the same third party contractor company this time again. So, I called bestbuy and they reached out to that contractors company and they also didn't have any explanation why the service wasn't done and asked again to reschedule. So, this is the third time I am rescheduling for the same service. I am not sure if they will show up this time. I asked them to change the vendors this time and they filed ticket to take a look into it. Overall, Bestbuy should thoroughly verify the third party contractors about their experience and knowledge for the job before assigning them for the task. After this much hassle I wouldn't recommend the service to anyone.

Installation of Ring Security System and Ring Video Doorbell

First of all it was not an install. We needed help iwth our Simplisafe system. The representative said to book the appointment as an install. The 3rd party did not show up twice. We talked with the supervisor and he said they couldn't trouble shoot, they thought it was an install. We are VERY disapointed with G.S. and filed a complaint. We have not heard back.

I was told that I could have a TV mounted to brick fireplace I called three times to make sure that it was possible on the day of installation.. When they arrive they instructed me that they would not be able to install it to a brick fireplace due to the mounting bracket that they sold me being too heavy it was definitely a miscommunication between salespeople and The geek squad
