    The agent mounted my TV and connected all devices and hid my wires!

    I don’t know why I’m paying for total tech, every job but one has been a disaster. This one specifically was one of the worst. First, tech came out and said he couldn’t install the ring system because I had no wi-fi yet. I was never told I needed that to install the system. Took almost two months to reschedule and then he came back and installed everything. During installation, one specific sensor was not working well and kept going off after we set alarm. He was well aware and left knowing it wasn’t working. Worse part is that I had an extra sensor left over. I called him numerous times to ask him to come and finish his job and he hasn’t even had the decency to even reply. I am so disappointed with Best Buy, after spending more than $20,000 dollars in electronics for my new home, the only thing they have actually completed was installing one of four tvs and ceiling speakers. Worst customer service I have ever received in my life. Cancelled appointments with no notice, confusion, lack of communication between geek squad and Magnolia - just really, really bad.

    Not the best install when they installed the nest protect but didn’t install ant sensors. Wished the geek squad would monitor their installers...

    In home service from Pensacola FL hub

    Worst service. An agent came to fix my schuller door. He did not know how to do it even when I gave him owners manuel. There were two of them. One sar around the whole time. The other was on the phone the whole time. He fixed the automatic door close but messed the code. I called the geeksquad and explained the situation. They schaduled for a techican to come. An hour before the schaduled time he calls and says my boss Branden says we have to charge you another $50. I tried to explain to him the work was not dobe but they would not hear it. I went to Best buy and talked to Dupree. He tried to blow me off. Then I takked to another assistant manager. He said, I have I known Branden for years he would not do that. He wouldnot even listen to me. I asked for manager. They wouldont get him. I drove all the way to Destin and talked to the m AZ nager there. He told Pensacola manager name is Mr. Rogers. He send him an email and asked him to call me. I am still waiting for his call. In the mesn it has been about a month I still cannot use my front door.

    Regional Manager(Justin Meade) on down was horrible at best. He does not return emails nor calls after the products were finally installed after multiple tries and people from best buy coming to my home to install products I purchased for Smart Home system. I personally would never use GEEK SQUAD for anything ever. They sub out all work. Different people show up to your home. If they have an issue coming they don't call you. They basically just don't show up at all. You have to call them to find out what's going on. This happened to me TWICE during the install process. Regional lied and stated there would be compensation for time wasted as I sat at home on multiple occasions to NO SHow No call TECH's. THIS NEVER HAPPENED. I NOW UNDERSTAND WHY SERVICE IS SO HORRIBLE IT STARTS AT THE TOP.
