Fee charged for no installation

The actual item was cancelled, but i was charged for the installation which never happened. I have been running around and following up with customer service over phone and chat, but all useless. They just keep on transferring me from one agent to another without actually helping or issuing a refund. This should seriously be taken into consideration. I will refrain from getting any service from Best Buy.

Not happy with the Tech person who installed!!

That one star is for installing my Ring door bell. I had two installations today with the same person. He only installed one and when I asked about the other he said he is not the person who does it. After he left when I check the status he updated my both installations are complete.

Incomplete Total Tech service call.

The order was placed Nov 7th through Total Tech program I was told to call back within 24 hours to get the original order completed. I was told someone would schedule my order today. No one answering. This is my 3rd attempt to get this service completed.

Poor communication
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Scheduled for 12/7/22, received many reminders to prep home for installation, notifies they would be coming, NEVER showed up and didn’t call! Call center was useless as they had no idea how to get a hold of the third party installation crew. The only way I was able to resolve is to make a trip to the store…lost one day of work!

Installation of my security system

This is getting real disturbing this is the second time I have had a problem with work y’all don’t farm out to other companies I will be returning this device and asking for a full refund and if I decide to do any more business with Best Buy if it’s not the geek squad don’t not send them to my home !!

Ring system

Ring system sucks
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The whole system sucks. Seems like I wasted my money.None of the cameras will pull up on live view. Front yard camera went off line a month after install & wont reset. Just a terrible experience

Horrible customer service

Arlo Cameras

$200 to replace a light fixture

I allowed them to install one security light in the backyard that was already pre existing light fixture. If I would’ve know that’s all they do. I could’ve saved my money and did it myself.
