He brought his own ladder and quickly installed my solar collector for the Ring System. He explained how it worked and the system works great. It is so nice that I don't have to worry about changing batteries. The best part was there was no charge because I am a Total Tech customer.

Installation of alarm system

Two parts of the system failed and he replaced them. This involved a complete re-installation. The agent did an excellent job. Thank you, once again, for your valuable services.
