The 2 guys that came out to our home were very professional. they fixed my printer , set up our Orbi Satellite Netgear and now every thing is working properly.

The Geek Squad installed, explained and follow up. Camera are awesome. I used Ring, my sister Nest on new houses. Go with Nest, night camera better!

Simplisafe security system install was great. However, the delivery time was scheduled from 7 am to 1 pm. After waking up early then waiting all day wondering when they would arrive, I got a call around 12 that they were on there way. They arrived and installed the security system items, but did not configure the system or show me how to use it because the wifi was not connecting to simplisafe, although the internet was working on all other devices (I'm a network engineer, my internet was working fine, the security system device was not). Instead of troubleshooting the wifi and finishing the configuration, they left. I was trying to configure it myself on tech support for the rest of the day and was unable to do so. Would not recommend.
