I love this product. Connected to thermostat for voice commands and great built in speaker. Love it!

Google Home is a great home personal assistant. When it is paired with the Hue bridge and Hue light bulbs, you can control the lighting in your house. It is pretty cool to walk around the house and have Google turn on the lights. It is also pretty neat to ask it random questions and have it give you the answers. Only downside is that you can only attach one google account. So, if you want it to read a family calendar, then you need to set up a family account.

The Google Home has a great volume sound and is very user friendly with learning new commands quickly.

I bought 4 Google Home in CA - 1 for my condo in CA & 3 for our homes in Canada. Google Home is not available for sale in Canada yet. It was easy to setup in Canada with my Google account and I was able to get tech help to set the music service option via Google Chromecast tech support transferring me to Google Home support because GH toll free # does not work in Canada My grandkids are having a great time asking Google Assistance questions

I bought this for my wife for Christmas, primarily for playing music in our kitchen. The sound quality is much better than I expected from such a small device. It also does so much more as far as answering all sorts of questions, etc. It is like having an audio version of Google on your computer, but instead of typing the question, you just verbalize it, and Google Home responds with the answer quickly. I am very pleased with this purchase.

While Alexa got a jump on the market, the Google interface is super smart and helps me win arguments with the wife :-) Also can control lights and similar items around the house!

I got this for a Christmas present for my wife and was excited with the thought that this might be a great way to keep the everyday questions from my wife to me between her and Google! It worked! My wife and Google have become best friends and has eliminated the Q&A between my wife and I. I have to say Google Home is awesome and simple to use! We BOTH love it and even bought one for my parents at the age of 78 which they use all day long.

I expected more from the Google Home. I have a Chromecast which the Home does work with the Home. So I can say "Hey, Google. Play and Video on my TV and it will play the video. I only received 14 days of Youtube Red which I thought I would thought I would have got 3-4 months of service for free. But the Google Home does not recognize a lot of commands. I have Echo and I feel that the Echo is better but the speakers on the Home sounds better.

I bought this for my mom. She is in her 60's and seems to be adapting to this device quite well. She uses reminders and shopping lists all the time. The speaker sounds great and the voice is very realistic. I like it better than my Alexa Echo personally although the Alexa is a bit more "fun" when it comes to what you can do. Google, however, seems to be much better at conversational responses and answering questions.

I love my google home. There is so much that the google home can do that I am discovering new things all the time. I have one in my room and one in my living room. They fit in with My decor in both areas. You can have google play music ( the sound is awesome), read the newspaper, play nature sounds( my favorite). For the price you get a device that is very helpful.

The speaker is good, sound recognition is functional. The only issue is don't buy this if you are using open network (like univ internet) as it can be accessed by anyone on the network

Love my google home. Answers all questions, plays games, turns on and off our lights. Handy item.

Upgraded from the Echo Dot to the Google Home, and I love it. The speaker is really good and Google Assistant is by far smarter than Alexa. The only drawback is that it doesn't have as large of a smart-home ecosystem as Amazon does, but I'm not too keen on that and it doesn't bother me. I have a Google Play subscription, and it lets me seamlessly play any music i want just by asking for it. Kids love asking her questions too :)

After reading the reviews, I decided on the Google Home Assistant. The only existing home automation products I have are Nest brand so the limited connections to third party products did not cause an issue for me. It answers questions very well and plays music with great sound. It controls the Nest thermostat well and with the use of IFTTT, I'm starting to use Google Home to do more things. Next, I will purchase the Philips Hue lights.

We love our Google home! Even the kids find extremely easy to use. Great product for a low price.

Google has become my friend... Gives me weather to start my day and plays music to get me going. I keep in kitchen and is great for timer on cooking and if I have any recipe questions. My husband uses it to ask sports questions. My grandkids are little and love to ask it about different animals and the sounds they make. It seems everyone is enjoying google and sound is great. It was easy to get hooked up to Wi-Fi too.

What can I say about this marvelous addition to our family? In the morning, I say, "OK, Google, Good Morning." She then says hello, gives me the time and temperature, and adds my To Do's. She then sends me to the news." She plays the music of my choice, plays games with me, and tells me, "Sleep Tight" at night. I feel like I have a new friend. We also have an Amazon Alexa TV and feel there is no comparison. Miss Google has personality!!
