Still fooling around with GH, but really like the product. Good volume on speaker. Very easy to use. Do wish you could link to more than one account.

Compared to Alexa, Google home is much better at understanding my command and it is getting smarter with each update.

I guess I'm gonna give it away. This thing is millennial ready. I've been given a $125 device that requires another $200 to $500 in locks and such that it can communicate with. Defies logic.

Takes a little learning but loving it so far. Playing music and games via google is so easy & fun for everyone. Home automation is underway too.

Check the weather, ask a sports or history question. Have the kids do math with google. Then play trivia with a group! Love the nicknames given.

Nice to have help controlling devices in the home. The learning curve was easy.Need more in other rooms. Buy them on sale when you can.

This is a lot of fun. I use it mostly for google music and podcasts. the speaker is pretty good, not earth shaking, but plenty good for its size.

For the cost and what you get, its so worth it. From trivia questions, weather, use as a timer etc. Its just really fun to have around.

Overall, my wife and I are fans. The speaker has a lot more volume clarity than some of the other reviews let on. We don't even have the volume turned up half way and we still are able to hear the music clearly through most of our main floor. The access to Google's info database is a obvious pro. Streaming music and casting video's is pretty seamless. Where the last two lack is the inability to precisely recognize what you're looking for. This is frustrating considering I have a paid Google Play subscription. Once again, we're fans and looking forward to updates.

Love this product it is so fun and cool, you can ask it things like how long will it take me to get to work or whats the temp. outside.

Couldn't be more pleased with Google Home. The whole family loves it including my 16 year old. It is fun and educational for all age groups.

I really enjoy home. It works well with other components I already owned. It's also fun for the children as they ask it questions that are infomative.

it works okay but google needs to work on the assistant more. sound quality is better on the amazon echo.

I bought this to entertain my grandchildren. They love being able to pick any song they want and have it played immediately.

A good first gen for the Google Home. Does the basics well: such as conversions, setting an alarm/timer, asking a question, etc. The Google Assistant has good context on your conversations (much better than the Echo in this case). However, lacks in certain areas such as reminders. You can, however, set up your own IFTTT rules to make those things work. I like that it works with my Chromecasts so I can play videos onto my TV. However, it is a little clunky sometimes in terms of the words you have to say to make it play a YouTube video on a certain TV.

Overall a great product to own very useful for a variety of uses around the house I highly recommend it.
