We love Google home for playing music, checking the scores or listening to the news. It's such a fun family gift for the holidays!

I bought this when it was $99 and at that price point it was in my opinion worth it. It does what it says it'll do. I have Chrome cast and smart TVs so it's nice I can control them with this. I'm a bit of a tech nerd so for me it's good and it's definitely a first gen early adopter product. I would recommend for the non techy person to wait on this. It's only going to get better as time goes on and there may be a second gen product coming sooner than later. But if you're eager to have one I would say it was well worth the money

Got this as a bundle with my Philip's Hue Starter a while back. We already have several echoes at home so gave this away as a gift. Let's just say the people who received it already had an echo they didnt like. Always complained that the echo didnt understand them or didnt do what it was asking it. They've said nothing but good things about the Google home that I kinda regretted giving it away. Especially because my wife always says our echo doesnt listen to her.

Google home is great and I can't wait for it to grow in what you could do with it. The speaker is awesome and highly recommend it.

I like the sound and quick response. I still need to find items that can be controlled by it, but I know there will be a lot coming sooon

My husband bought this for me. Has a great speaker and easily picks up on your commands even though you may mispronounce a word.

If you've read any reviews about the Google Home, you know the number one complaint is it's limited functionality. "Sorry, I'm not sure how to help with that yet" will drive you a bit nuts. All that said though, there's a lot of potential here and it has a few quirks that redeem its limitations. My favorite feature has been pairing it with Chromecast devices (video & audio) to create a whole house sound system without the overpriced standard options such as Sonos. I'm keeping it but hoping updates come sooner rather than later.

It isn't something that cannot be accomplished by repurposing an old Android phone. However, the sound quality is very good.

Love this product. Smart, helpful, and I can't wait to link up more products to it for more home automation. Get one!

Love my Google! This was one of the best investments I got. Use it to wake me up and plays my radio station upon request.

Great Google assistant and speaker for music. Have issues with it recognizing my voice no matter how much I "train" it.

Wasn’t sure when we got the unit but a year later it had been very useful and provided convenience in many ways

I'm pretty friggen happy with my Google Home. It's far field microphones allow it to respond to voice commands from across the room even in a noisy environment with fans, AC and music or TV playing. I was able to hook up wifi enabled LED lighting and plan to purchase some smart power sockets allowing me to automate various things in my bedroom. The speakers are impressively loud and the design allows it to fit in with many interior design aesthetics instead of looking like a clashy techie device.

Very fun and convenient to use. I have hooked a lot of smart home products to the Google Home with zero issues. I love this item!

Love google especially for weather and news every morning. Was great for Christmas music just ask for anything. Coolest product!!

Google Home is easy and fun to use. Set up took mere minutes. So easy, I bought one for my luddite mother - and she loves it.

Good hub for controlling smart devices but has some issues understanding sometimes. Lots of potential with future smart home integration.
