This is so easy to use; gave one to a family member last year and bought more this year for others to give as gifts. My six year old niece had so much fun with it.

I love it. First it blends well with my home like a piece of art. It's a friend when I'm busy about the house. It keeps me up to date with things going on that is important to me and work together with Pandora for easy listening. No one notice it's there. Throughout the day I can improve my vocabulary and ask it trivia to keep my mind sharp. Everything is all there in one, especially when my illness keeps me in bed.

The Google home does a great job recognizing voices from across the room and even mumble voices of my kids. Speaker is decent for our kitchen family dance parties.

I do like its sound. Easy to setup and can control many smarthome devices

I was hesitant to buy this at first because it looked complicated but was shocked because it was easy to use and makes you access easily to your wifi stuff at home

A somewhat neat device, but still needs "trained" with future updates as there are many things it can't do yet that would be expected. This was "free" as part of an appliance purchase promotion, although it later turned out to not be free when applying price adjustments to appliance prices that dropped soon after delivery. The reason that is the case is that Best Buy ends up prorating the cost of the Google Home across the prices of the appliances, so on your receipt, the appliances are listed at a lower price. So if there is a price adjustment later, you only get the difference credited between the new price and the original price less the prorated Google Home. So I actually ended up paying for the Google Home technically as all of my appliances ended up with price adjustments, but those adjustments had to back out the prorated costs of the Google Home. The device doesn't really communicate with/control non-google related devices very well, if at all. Similar to Apple, they don't want to interoperate. That is frustrating if you have other devices (streaming, home theater, etc.). Hopefully as time goes on, they'll realize they need to communicate with competitors devices in order to sell this unit. It is good to use to play music, although I'd love to get it to output that music to my Bose Home Theater. And it can answer questions such as the weather and similar items. But can't do as much as what "ok Google" on an Android phone can do. So they better look to improve the capabilities. I personally wouldn't buy in its current state (especially at its pricing level).

I thought I would give it a try because it was discounted door the holidays and it's great. The sound it really good and would beat weekend chrome cast . Love it.

Speaker has a great sound for playing music. Also am enjoying this with google chrome for my tv. Grandkids love it!!

I purchased the Google home and I wanted a device to make my life easier to answer simple questions and help me out around the house as I am disabled for the more basic tasks that most people use their phone for it actually works quite well albeit hands-free the big issue is that it does not give a master list of commands of what you what you can ask it and better yet how to ask it for the most effective results hands down it is substantially smarter than Alexa but does not have as many built-in skills

I bought an Echo Dot first. Great for the price but not a know it all. Google Home is able to get answers for pretty much everything I threw at it. The speaker is loud and sounds good considering the size. After a week I got the Philips Hue system and now have 3 rooms connected. The only con is that it doesn't have the capability yet to create calendar events or Google Keep lists. Hey Google, you're amazing!!

We have the google mini and my dad saw it one day and realized how nice it was to have a hands-free device, so we bought him this one! Does not disappoint! You can speak to it in different languages, not just English! Easy to set up and easy to use, the speaker also sounds good; it fills up the whole living room!

The sound that comes out when playing music is very good we still have to go back and buy the thing that attaches to the Tv to have it change channels Great item

What an amazing device! I had no idea,that this little speaker could do so much. From answering questions, to setting the alarm, to dimming the lights..what fun!!

Google Home is so awesome. You can play games like musical chairs, listen to music, get recipes, make a grocery moist, etc... It's a must have for every family.

Use it for relaxing music, weather, current temp. Plays trivia games with multiple guests. Holiday music was a definite plus. It can translate. These are just a few of its many capabilities. One interesting thing to note is that at times it answers "I don't know how to do that yet" which makes me believe that there is a lot more coming from Google. Just remember google maps how it started and where it is now

This speaker is absolutely amazing and sounds really well! It can connect to any Android and IOS device through the Home app plus it now has blue tooth pairing.

Bought this as a Christmas present for my husband. We love it! We set it up this morning and have been playing with it since. No issues and the sound is great!

It’s the same as google Home mini, but the sound quality is way better. We bought mini first, then we bought this one for the bedroom for better sound quality.

Easy to set up and sync to calendars and Google accounts. Surprisingly good sound. Jokes/games not quite as fun as Alexa, but voice and search are much better.

I bought this in a bundle package with Hue lighting and am very pleased with it. I use both Alexa and Google home. Nice sound also and fast to respond to voice.
