Got this for my wife for Xmas. Initial set up wasn't too bad. Does so many thing from giving you news, weather, reminders, turning on lights, etc. And does it well. Teamed it up with some TP-Link smart plugs and they work great. Good looks. Blends in well with almost any decor. As a music speaker, it's OK, but certainly not great. If that is important, wait for the next generation due out later this year, as I hear there will be better options for music listening. Especially if Google is licensing other companies to make Google Assistant speakers. If I have a complaint, it is that the app could be more intuitive. Just changing to another wifi network is a bit of a pain. Why wouldn't there simply be a "Change network" option?? If I can change networks on my phone easily, why not this Google speaker as well? Price drop to $79.99 always a good thing..

Easy setup process and got connected with chromecast and other devices

Great little product, was amazed by the sound quality. Able to connect and play music and play games. Easy to use as a search engine for everyday questions. Love that it will tell me the weather as I am walking out the door. Also the app records every question.

I decided to give this thing a shot. My wife thought it was a waste of money the day I brought it home. She has now gotten 2 more for her brothers for Christmas gifts. I have ours set up in the kitchen. It's great to set timers, listen to music, convert measurements, adding thinks to my shopping list, and get traffic and weather info before leaving for work. It's my first step towards more smart home stuff so I'm ok that it doesn't have a big list of devices that work with it yet. Since it's Google I'm confident that won't be a issue for long. It keeps our kids entertained too with games or answering questions, though if I hear "hey google, what's a monkey or fox say?" One more time I might go crazy.

Google home is the better version of Siri and Alexa as it gives you the exact answer when you cannot use your phone. I use it primarily to ask questions such as, "what's the best temperature to cook chicken" or "what's the weather today".

I bought two and linked them together into a group. I listen to music from Spotify, podcasts, and radio (via TuneIn). I get the weather. I get jokes. I love it! Setup was a snap and the sound of the speakers is very good for their size!

We have really enjoyed having our google home. It has so much usefulness. We still have to convert our home to a smart home but we see all of the potential. We considered the Amazon product but thought the sound was better on this device and it was less money.

It looks beautiful right out of the box. Se up and connection to supported devices was smooth and seamless. It is very functional, but work in progress.

Mostly I use this for Spotify and I could not be more pleased with the ease of use especially happy with the lighting and sensors for increasing sound or starting and stopping it. Also, impressed it lets me send Spotify to play on Chromecast.

I gave it 5 stars because I love it!! It sounds great. Easy to use and set up. I have owned it so far for 7 months and had zero problems with it. You can plug it in wherever you want. Perfect little gadget.
