    The geek squad service for the furniture assembly was great. The Tv install and setup not good at all - arrived an hour after scheduled window, did not mount where I wanted, did not help w calibration or tv setup at all.

    Geek Squad installed my TV, tv stand and advised me on other electrical components needed. I later noticed an issue with the TV stand. A discoloring on the front of the TV cabinet I didn’t want to live with. I spoke to a woman at Best Buy and the Geek Squad came back 4 days later and installed the new tv cabinet and placed the tv and other components where they needed to be.

    The agents mounted my 75 inch tv and I had asked that the wires be hidden since it is a focal point in the room. However, there are 2 wires which are hanging from the bottom of the tv and are a eyesore. What can I do about this situation?

    The agents were professional and very helpful. They did everything from assembling the new table to hold our new TV, placing the TV, putting all cabling in their right places, and provided instruction on how to use the new TV. Great service and well worth it.
