- Initial evaluation and consultation: When we arrive at your home, we'll evaluate the service area and discuss the scope of work to ensure that the services purchased meet your needs and expectations. If they don't, we'll recommend solutions.

A: Don't expect an answer online. Go to your Best Buy store, find a Geek Squad agent and give him/her the details. This is the only way to get help with your problem. The online service, if they did attempt to answer this question online, it would be wrong, or much more expensive than it should be. Best Buy sales agents are more likely to steer you to the perfect Geek Squad agent to make your setup clear, such as cost, work to be done, and a date and time when your setup should be completed. You've spent a considerable amount of money for your system, you deserve the respect, appreciation and professionalism that should also come with it. Find your answers in a "Live" person to person manner. You'll be glad you did.
