The techs were friendly answered all my questions and make sure not to leave a mess clean up the wires everything nice and neat would recommend to all

The TV stand was shipped direct to the house and was assembled by the guys who set the entire system up. It was done quickly and efficiently. Glad I didn't have to do it myself. They did a nice job all around.

DVD/CD bookcase was similar to the same one I got in 2010. BB at that time assembled the case for me and it was done satisfactory. The new one I purchased was assembled with x-tra shelves. I had to rearrange the shelves so as to allow any DVD to be stored satisfactorily.

Techs arrived on time found a loose HDMI connection and solved the issue immediately. I was very pleased with their professionalism. I'm so glad I joined membership. Thank you.

Although it is an extra cost, it's nice having professionals do it so you have more time to focus on other tasks that the day demands

The Installation service was first rate. The techs assembled the stand, hooked the devices to the TV, and expained the TV features and how they worked.

After years of putting together my own furniture I finally decided to have someone else do it. Since everything was being delivered at once I opted for the furniture assembly. It went great. My only issue was that maybe the store could’ve assembled prior to delivery thus cutting back on the time the installers are at your house.

The tech assembled furniture and cleaned up afterward.

I like the Microwave Stand. Solid and cabinet is spacious. The edge of the Microwave Stand was nicked in shipment. The installers where very professional.
