Seemed to know what they where doing but price for the job was real high.

It's a good thing we paid to have the unit delivered and assembled. It took your guyn3 1/2 hours to assemble the unit. (And he does this for a living! If I had tried to assemble it, I would still be working on it.)

We love the Geek Squad they are the best representatives of best Buy. they are hard conscientious representatives.

I did some home remodeling, and decided to mount my TVs. And have my "old" 40" HDTV mounted on the wall by my computer desk, to use as a monitor. Geek Squad mounted them all quickly, and cleanly. Even wrapped the cords to prevent tangling. Can't beat it!

INSTALLATION - ADD ON FURNITURE ASSEMBLY: I ended up installing the product myself. I had originally purchased the item for my Grandmother and did not want to have any problems. Since the product was so easy to assemble, I did it my self, with no stress, and in little time.

I had the stand and tv delivered and assembled. The geek squad did both. I was glad I had not attempted the assembly myself after watching him. He was very good but it looked more complicated than I would have wanted to deal with.

If it hadn't been for the Geek Squad, I wouldn't have been able to successfully transfer information from my old computer to my newly purchased one.

The In Home Service was done in a smooth and professional manner. A perfect balance of aptitude, skill, courtesy and commitment to customer Service.

You have a really great team of workers who came to my home to assemble my TV table. They were very respectful and had good product knowledge. Will use them again in the future.
