    The Geek Squad guys were very professional, quick, on time, and did an amazing job installing, and setting up my surround sound system. They called before coming, infformed me of all work prior to and during installation, kept a clean work area at all times with drop cloths and foot booties on carpet, and vacuumed up after, taking all empty boxes and trash. They took time to explain the functions and asked if I was satisfied or needed anything changed before leaving. They did a great job.

    Speaker wire installation went fine and looks great. Only issue was damage to my house when the installer drilled through the exterior siding by mistake.

    THe team who arrived following my call were first rate. They were professional, articulate and incredibly helpful. They arrived on time and clearly knew their business.. They did excwellent work and I was pleased to have them in our home.

    The agent came out to review how our home theater system was originally installed in our house 13 years while it was being built. Unfortunately the original RGB cabling would not support the new 4K television. We needed to have new cabling (HDMI) ran from the television to the component closet. Unfortunately the Geek Squad does not run cabling in attics. We had to go back to our original company to have the cabling replaced.

    Geek Squad went above and beyond. Very professional and knowledgable. Kept the work area very clean and did not leave until I was fully satisfied with the installation of the tv and sound bar. Great job!

    I have had four recent appointments with the Geek Squad. The first one came to set up my computer. I had the early time. She did not arrive until after 11:00am . By the time she transferred all the information to the new computer, there was no time for inservice to the new computer. I had a 3pm appt. Another came and gave a good intro. The TV person was also knowledgable and good. I went to the store about my smart watch. I explained it would not let me update because it said there was too much information on my watch. Two different people did not listen to what I said and immediately tried to update it. I sat there over 45 min. It would not complete. I was told to finish it at home. I did, and it said error could not complete. I am frustrated because they would not listen to me. The problem was not solved Also, the appointment times are too broad. Should be no more than a 3 hour window.

    The agents were xtremely helpful in planning out our theatre room and helping to set expectations for the project. Their knowlwdge went a long way in rinding the right replacement speakers. They were on time and a pleasure to work with.

    The agents hauled away my old projection TV and VCR, assembled the new TV stand, setup new TV and Sony Blue Tooth headphones. They also recommended a new sound bar and Blue Ray player which the went back to the store and picked up, brought back and connected everything. The agent cleaned up all packing debris and boxes and provided instruction, showing me how to use everything. Outstanding customer service.

    2 Great Geeks before the install started Every everything was measured not just one’s They hang this 75 inch Monster over fireplace also covering giant hole in the wall. They were fast and cleanedthe area Excellent service and helpful Geeks THANKS

    The agent made great suggestions and installed my security cameras efficiently, unfortunately the batteries were installed not fully charged but no problem they came back and installed fully charged batteries that I had waiting for them. Thank you!

    The tech was professional and friendly. He answered all my questions and make great suggestions. He made purchasing what I wanted easy! It was really worth the price to have someone come to my home so he could measure my entertainment center, etc.

    I had Geek Squad install my TV and conduct a home theater survey, and I was very impressed! The technicians were punctual, professional, and knowledgeable. They did an excellent job hanging the TV and provided great advice for my setup. Highly recommend their service!

    Every time I need an electronic item I called Jonathan, I am fortunate enough to have his cell phone number and let him know what we are looking for. In this case we bought another big television and he also did extra work removing boxes from all of our seven bedrooms. Jonathan is a very dedicated employee and I am very fortunate to have somebody like him that works at Best Buy that looks out for the best interest of the consumer. He has installed at least 11 brand new televisions in our home as well as Apple TVs. Thank you Best Buy for hiring Jonathan. He is truly, a jewel. Sincerely Mr. Cesar Jimenez Jr.

    This review is for the last in home service person they sent named Ricco or Ricardo who was great professional and personable. The rest of the team was a total nightmare. There were over 5 different calls to see what I wanted done and no info passed along to the multiple employees sent out and my purchased product was canceled twice and last purchase of same product I had to go into the store to get for the installer to install because his computer system wasn’t working to take the sale. The in home service no worth the purchase at $179 and now you have to still pay for the installations … new this year. Beware …. Would NOT recommend.

    I generally get an exceptional quality experience with geek squad and every site survey they have done in the past, but this time was significantly different. I am hoping it was a 1 off type of day - but, for some reason, this time I was no better off after the site survey appt than I was before the appt and was told they couldn't provide any product recommendations even though I provided 3 separate brands and operating systems that all integrate well but wanted an expert opinion regarding whether to stick with a specific one and expand that system or merge them - mo real recommendations were given and the two gentlemen here aspirated to hold opposing views on the matter as well. I didn't want to sacrifice quality for cost as I purchased many of the items during the year end sale, but I very much felt as though I was left on my own to make a decision and figure it out myself. I was pretty much left with a good luck figuring it out type feeling vs. The higher quality service and experience with real and great results that I've had before. I don't want to leave a bad review- yet i find myself in no better place nor assistance with which decision would be best for what i already have purchased, etc. than I was prior to the appt specifically for Home security and direction.. all produts I purchased had to be returned as there was no sense of direction with regard to the most efficient and quality way to move forward with the products is purchased and had available for best placement and use in hand for the appt. Unfortunately, there was no resolution or recommendations made, no assistance with setup or otherwise.

    The Geek Squad Agents that came to my house to mount my TV and setup my receiver were both knowledgeable and courteous. They took the time to explain what they were doing and made sure I was comfortable on how to get the most out of my system before they left. I was extremely happy with the work they performed.

    He was very knowledgeable and explained how the antenna system worked , and recommended an outside antenna , because of our location, although the inside antenna did pick up 28 channels, so we are getting thru the holidays before we decide . He was polite, used proper English, "no slang " He was a positive person and you are for fortunate to have him represent you company

    Geek Squad agent called ahead of Site Survey to discuss my existing home theater system issues and was very knowledgeable and personable. On site, agent gave excellent recommendations on what home theater system components to purchase for those that needed replaced and even identified those components that did not need replaced.

    Sound/picture great experience after 10 yers of LED. Seems when Samsung programmed, glitches still remain. Keep doing my own trial and error!
