    As usual, they did an excellent job in very little time. They were adept at troubleshooting and were clearly very knowledgeable. They came on time and were finished in less time than expected.

    The associate was polite and helped answer a few questions I had. He attempted to adjust a few things for me but everything that I was looking for assistance with needed a scheduled Geek Squad person with a separate appointment. The advice on what products to purchase to best meet my needs were exactly what I had previously determined from my own online and in store research. The in home assessment didn’t tell me anything new.
