The agent installed my receiver very quickly agent was very knowledgeable

The install guys did a fabulous job installing my purchases. They arrived in a timely manner and didn’t make a mess the wore shoe covers as requested while answering all my questions at the conclusion of the job. I was very pleased with the outcome.

Geek squad tech Chris was great. he kept at it until the job was done. Even on the phone with Verizon Fios tech and found the mini box they supplied was faulty. The TV and internet is working perfectly now.

The agent moved a audio cable from one room to another and setup my sound system in the new room. Brandon was outstanding - careful, attentive to detail, kept us informed, tested his work excellent. David, his boss was equally outstanding - working very hard to respond to our needs efficiently and in a timely manner.

I would encourage everyone to take advantage of the free site survey available from Best Buy and the Geek Squad. In my case, I did things a little backwards. I had already purchased, but had not yet installed a couple of major home theater components from Best Buy to update my older configuration. I wanted an analysis of whether the receiver that I ordered on Black Friday was sufficient, and whether the overall system might benefit from upgrading other components. I also wanted an estimate for pulling HDMI, optical, and Ethernet cables from the equipment cabinet to the new TV. The analyst confirmed for me that the new receiver would work, and that all existing components were adequate or better. He also spent a fair amount of time researching how the Geek Squad could update the cabling, including drilling a few holes in discreet places to understand what was behind cabinets. In the end, it required a level of work from a variety of trades and the Geek Squad was not comfortable taking on the project, but I was impressed with the thoroughness, honesty, and zero attempt to push more products and services.

The agent was super. He could not have been better and so glad that we got him to do the work. He was extremely professional and explained everything he was doing and the cost. And he made sure we understood without making us feel like idiots. We are old (husband is 80 and I’m a few months from 80). Therefore many digital things aren’t so easy for us to understand. We hope that we can get the same agent the next time we need the Geek Squad. We’ll certainly ask for him.

Kenneth and Cody did an excellent job of mounting our wall tv, hooking is up to our electronics and made sure everything was working and more importantly, that we knew had to use them. They were able to handle changes we requested on the spot at that time either right out of their van or a quick trip to the store. They were above and beyond expectations!

The agents were very professional, and helpful. Installation of new TV went quickly and agents were able to use existing wall mount saving money on the new mount that I could return. Existing TV replaced another older TV. Agents gave advice regarding upgrades to modem and router to allow for better performance. When upgrades are available hope the same agents return for installation.

Unfortunately, we didn't learn much from the site survey beyond what we already knew from speaking with the Geek Squad directly. There was also an apparent disconnect between the installers and the site survey team. Some of the things that were promised by the site survey team were never relayed to the installation team such as sealing any exterior holes that were made in the brick during the installation. We were told that the installation team would do that, but they don't. The installation team also informed us that we should use outdoor junction boxes where each speaker is connected, and that we were responsible for providing them. We weren't told that by the site survey team, so we weren't prepared.

Agent was phenomenal and able to mount and conceal wires for 2 in ceiling speakers. Agent also setup my receiver to work properly in 5.1 mode on all devices. The levels for speakers were calibrated. Highly recommend the installation services.

Gave us lots of reminders, narrowed down the time frame ro 90 minutes the day before so we didn't have to wait the whole morning as we were originally told on purchase of TV. Technician installed TV quickly, walked us through all the changes, made sure all the apps we use were working properly. Plus, he was a very pleasant young man. We are very happy with the installation.

Arrived early, we decussed location and he explain how it work. Was pleased with his knowledge. TV was hung on the wall he showed how it would moved on the wall. Cleaned up behind himself. Said if you have any questions or concerns please call.

I found the Geek Squad persons who installed my TV on the wall were very professional. They knew what they were doing and did an excellent job. What might have taken me several hours and trips to Home Depot, took them a half hour. They asked for my input on positioning the tv and gave me some suggestions.

The Geek Squad installed all of the new equipment and fixed a couple of glitches in various equipment settings so everything worked together as designed.

My printer wasn't working and when the guys left, it seemed fine, however it is not working again so they are coming back. To be honest, I think I got a lemon!!!

The agents mounted the outside video cameras and the camera door bell quickly and provide instructions and tips on how to operate the web site. Thank you.

These 2 guys were great! We had spotty tv reception for several years and didn't know the source of our problem. These 2 asked questions, you could imagine the gears turning as they deduced our problem and now we have dependable reception, finally. I'm sorry I didn't call sooner. They were professional, knowledgeable and polite.

I own a 13.2 channel Denon AVR and some other high end gear. I won’t let just anyone work on my home theater, as I’ve made that mistake before. All I needed was two inwall speakers (that were already installed) wired to my AVR. It took them about 45 minutes and all is well. I’d recommend these guys to anyone because I know them well from previous jobs and I trust them with my gear.

Randy was our service advisor from best buy, Randy was not only knowledgeable and experienced but his skills in installation was amazing , very highly recommended if you planning to do something special in your house if you want to hang a tv and about wifi improvements, we are definitely going to take advantage of his recommendations , also thank you for being courteous and professional.
