    I had a free site visit to make sure that my new ring that would work at my house came by gave me all the information I needed was worth it to have them come by especially at no cost

    The agent was a nice guy but I was not aware that Best Buy would not be doing the work. Its a 3rd party that does the installation and I'm not able to talk to them unless I pay BB first. I had questions about what will be used, like cables and will they put the cams where I want them. Unless I pay first I can't speak with anyone else. So I did not use BB for the installation. :(
