I purchased a dud -- an expensive Bose portable speaker plus Geek Squad -- $500+ down the drain. The Geek Squad was promoted by the store as something IT ABSOLUTELY IS NOT. A RUSE. DO NOT BUY. (And do not buy a Bose Portable Speaker.)

Isaac and Genevieve were excellent! Very skilled at setting up my new internet mesh system.

Mounted TVs and gave recommendations for other equipment. Better than the high end stores I worked with in the past. Paying more doesn't always mean better.

I hired a TV wall mount/installation through Geek Squad. However, my technician refused to install the HDMI cable that I had; he had not asked me how I wanted the internet connected to the TV and just assumed that it would be wireless connection. When I pointed out that I had an HDMI cable I wanted to use, he told me it was too much work and wasn't necessary (despite saying moments before that an HDMI connection was best). I am a young female living alone and felt very intimated by the situation so did not insist in the moment. I reached out to Best Buy to ask for someone else to come back and complete the installation. I was assured that someone would get back to me. No one did. I have called repeatedly and still get nowhere. This was 6 weeks ago, and it seems pretty clear that Best Buy isn't interested in fixing this problem. Please look elsewhere than Best Buy for your TV shopping and installation needs. I know I will.

They did an excellent job. Explained everything to our satisfaction.

The agents completely uninstalled all the wiring and redid everything. the cabinet looks so neat now...very nice individuals..very clean and cleaned up after they finished...
