    I was having difficulty with my new TVs. They came in and navigated through settings I did not know existed. Fixed the problems in no time flat. Great work guys!

    The gentlemen were great - they first came out to do a site survey and then were out to the do the installation. Very nice and knew what they were doing. Thank you for the great customer service. No online shop could do this for me!

    The Chris, the tech/installer arrived on time and followed all safety protocols as shared on the bestbuy website. Chris was very knowledgeable about what I wanted done and was thorough in his inspection. Chris offered multiple suggestions to how I could have an even better viewing and listening experience . It was a perfect consultation!

    An earlier team came and was unable to install our TV. We set up for someone to come out and determine what needed to be done. The agent knew exactly what needed to be done and said he could do it then. He provided great service.

    The Home Expert, Thomas Baker, as well as the Geek Squad experts, Rob Hendricks and his partner, John, were all very friendly and helpful. They arrived promptly at the times promised, and thoroughly explained everything they were going to do. It was quite obvious that these three gentlemen are highly trained in their work. Once all the components were installed, they answered all of my questions and demonstrated how to operate them. I simply cannot say enough about my total satisfaction with the products they recommended as well as the expert installation they performed.

    The purchase was great. Salesman was helpful and professional. The installation was done another day. 2 young agents delivered the TV and mount and installed it perfectly. Excellent customer service!

    Team did a great job of finding the wiring from the previous wall, making the connections and getting the Sonos installed, as well as helping me setup the App on my phone. Very courteous team as well.

    Everything was great. The best is the customer service with the installation. We have a challenging attic and James Law and Jacob were professional, efficient and very accommodating to unique set up.

    These guys are great. The came. They advised. They installed. No mess, no issues after they left. Exactly what we expected and paid for. Worth every penny to know that we won't have to call again to fix something that wasn't done right the first time. Good quality service without drama. Thanks guys for a job well done!

    Hard to trust many of BB's "customer service" reps

    I just found this review option now. Many efforts to communicate with messages left even never were responded to after a negative unfollowed-through experience with a Home Site Survey some time ago. I called the "store" numerous times requesting a return call from a manager, and no follow-up ever took place. I still have a stereo system with incredible speakers that I can not use because of this neglect. For years, and I NEED resolve. Yes, the technician came to my home as scheduled. However, there was never any follow-through, not even to direct efforts to communicate. I even sent pictures and nothing was responded to. No recommendations how to get my speakers working, or what component upgrade suggestions might be compatible, nothing! It is hard to trust Best Buy, as this happened before with the same tech - no follow-through AT ALL when he specifically asked me to send pictures. And in general, you can never even get someone via phone in your own region. No one in the store, which is quite a long drive away and can not simply be visited. No one ever answers or calls back; and forget about ever getting a manager when things have escalated and an unresolved problem has gone on for waaaaay too long. How many customer service "reps" in one's area (that are not really in your area at all) that pretend to take messages for supervisors or managers but which are never really forwarded at all is astonishing. Even as current as yesterday about a BIG matter. Especially after having to wait exorbitant amounts of time on hold first. Even the chat option with a real person was unpleasant - yesterday FYI. Highly informative person, but aggressively pushing a (very high-cost) sale throughout, or he/she did not want to "chat" further and kept politely threatening to close the chat, which he/she did when the high-cost sale did not happen fast enough. (That huge sale did happen same-day, but not within his/her very short window of time.) Yet, in some areas in the country, one's options are limited and one must tolerate this horrific level of customer "service" that does not even exist. And there is absolutely no resolve or accountibility in those cases. It is consistent on nearly all occasions of the always regrettable need to communicate with the store about a needed product, and always when there is a greivance. I am sorry (only slightly) about this negative review ...but it HAS to be said. This kind of consistent customer service is NOT OK.

    Site Survey The agents came out and looked at where my cameras were installed outside and told me everything was in the proper place. They showed me the options I had. I was very pleased with the agents because of their knowledge with the security cameras

    The two gents that came to the house were prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. They were not able to install a mount that day due to the location vs the mount options they brought along. I was very appreciative of their honesty and their willingness to help in any way possible. They provided a different mounting option and gave me the info needed to look it up on their website for purchase if I decided to go that route.

    The agents came and hooked up the TV with all other older components that play cassettes, VHS and the receiver. My disabled daughter now has access to all her old music and movies - I'm thrilled! The agents were knowledgeable, professional and very pleasant, even wrote out a graph for me how to connect each unit. Excellent service!!!

    I can't say enough good things about the Geek Squad. They were very knowledgeable, respectful, and helpful in trying to repair my old tv and then getting my new one installed. They were a pleasure to work with. In fact I believe they went far beyond the call of duty. I am one happy customer. Outstanding service!!!
