The washer and dryer are stacked. After installation and my reading the dryer manual, it stated that the dryer vent should be as straight as possible. Ours is bending at two angles before it vents. I requested that they come back and use the side vent option and was told they do not do that. I am getting a free installation, but now i need to hire someone to finish installing the dryer properly so it will be safe and follow the manufacturers instructions? This is not what I expected from Best Buy that can fix any computer and handle all kinds of problems. If I physically could move the stacked units, I could probably handle the side vent myself. The cutout is right there on the side of the dryer. I do not understand why they can not come out and do this properly. We are planning on using the Geek squad for computer issues and having two tvs hung on the wall soon. Will there be unfixable problems there also? Please see that this can be taken care of and renew our good feeling of using Best Buy/ Geek Squad. Thank you.

For the site survey the guy was ok - really didn't give me a lot of viable options due to the way my house is configured. He brought up several problems with what I wanted to do without many solutions. After giving it some thought and doing some research I was able to figure out solutions. Would have been better if he has given these solutions at the time.
