    The TV was mounted to a brick wall and the rear speakers were mounted on the wall at the rear of the Room very efficiently. Everything went well.

    The guy didn’t do a thorough enough job. He seemed more concerned with the ability to get the old dishwasher out rather than what size could be installed. The installers had no problem at all getting the old one out, and here seemed to be plenty of room for the dishwasher we wanted rather than the smaller one he said we had to get in order to fit.

    No installation yet. was a site visit to assess what was needed for installation, i think. friendly, very competent guy. my issue is that nobody from Best Buy followed up with me to schedule the actual installation. i actually had to drive to the store to schedule.
