These guys were awesome! They pulled cable and got my 1Gbps internet serivice down to my office with a professional, wired connection without damaging any floors or other parts of the house.

Our TV seemed dark and the agents were able to adjust the brightness to accomodate my husband's AMD. They also gave us excellent advise about purchasing a new TV that would be better for his AMD. Very personable and knowledgeable agents, took time to answer all our questions without making us feel rushed.

The agents installed various cables through the wall between our bedroom sound system and our living area sound system and made everything work great together.

Bobby, Jimmy & Pedro all did a great job for us! They were on time, on task and VERY professional! We appreciate their assistance in getting several things connected & reconnected at our home.

He did a nice job. Unfortunately he had to come here 4 times. I don’t like when I had to order parts/equipment. Was hoping being it was Best Buy that I could have them do it. He was helpful in sending me the links. The most frustrating was the availability to get them scheduled

Geek squad minted my TV and was supposed to come back to mount my sound bar. The sound bar did. It have the correct brackets for the new 85” BB purchase. They said call back I have no answer no call back

the gentleman that came to my house did a great job getting my TV ears to work when all others failed . Good work . It only took 15 minutes .

The two guys who installed my microwave were obviously knowledgeable. They did it expeditiously with the greatest of ease. They reminded me they had installed my dishwasher a couple years earlier, therefore I have had two successful installations with “The Geeks “.

The purpose of this site review was to identify my options for installing Dolby Atmos speakers. I have Bowers & Wilkins speakers. The front main speakers have the external tweeters on top of the speaker. So putting upward firing Dolby Atmos speakers on top of the front speakers is not an option. Also my living room / dining room area has a vaulted ceiling. I do not have attic space above my living room ceiling. The only option for installing Dolby Atmos speakers consistent with Dolby standards would be to cut out speaker access holes in the ceiling that would be in-line with the recessed lighting cans nearest the wall opposite my living room TV. So, mission accomplished! I now know what my option is. Thank you Luke for your expertise in assessing my home construction and identifying what is possible. I have met many excellent Geek Squad technicians who have helped me with my technical upgrades over the past 18 months. Luke is among the very best. I would welcome him on any future projects I have and would recommend him highly to others.

Eboni was great! This was my second visit from Geek Squad. The first team did a horrible job. Eboni was accommodating, patient and very attentive to the way I wanted things connected. She listened patiently to all of my requests. After she finished, she walked me through the setup, demo'd it, made sound adjustments, and showed me how to work the remotes and change things. The system sounds great! The difference between Eboni and the first group of men, was like night and day, hence the need for a second visit. I appreciate that she were was very covid-conscious by keeping her mask and shoe coverings on the entire time. The first team didn't use shoe coverings and removed masks after starting the work. The first group of Geek Squad technicians left a huge mess of confusion. It was like they didn't take pride in their work at all. Thanks Eboni. You made something bad, good. Thanks too for using zip ties to secure loose cords and make things look as neat as possible. :)

I have plenty history with Best Buy and when I moved into my new home and knew I needed a projector setup for football I knew exactly who to call. With a few photos and conversations Hannah was able to determine the best home set up for me and my family that fit very comfortably within my budget. The only real hiccup in the assessment was the wired vs wireless option. Best Buys techs are very talented; however, it isn't necessarily in their wheel house to run wire run through a ceiling drywall and potential support beams. So we initially ran with wireless HDMI. Wireless is not bad for movie watching but if you're a gamer then wireless is 100% not for you. Also there's a noticeable difference in quality when you're relying on wireless pass trough. I found my agent Matthew that could replace the wireless and run the wire and give me the home theater experience I wanted. Very happy with my purchase and experience. The fire hd 10 is a great tablet for engaging on YouTube, facebook, email, music, movies, light games, and interacting with alexa. However this is not a tablet for speed, major gaming, or business. But for fun it is well worth the money!!!

After explaining what I wanted to do the Geek Squad installer explained what could be done and how much time it would take in a manner I fully understood without feeling foolish.
