    Alexander Hall was excellent. He worked quickly and efficiently to set up my several new purchases (PC, printer, monitor). He had to go the extra mile when I was insistant that I wanted things "hard wired" not just via WIFI, and didn't for a moment seem annoyed or impatient with my request. Office 365 was installed, everything set up ready to go. Alex asked the right questions regarding my preferences, much appreciated. He also helped me decifer my Spectrum internet bill which enlightened me to what was necessary and what I could pass on. I truly appreciated his demeanor, knowledge, efficiency and overall service. I have nothing but good things to say about my Best Buy experience in setting up a home office.

    Ed and Dave were both Fantastic during the site survey and especially in the installation. They were knowledgeable, professional and patient throughout the entire process and as a result we have a wonderful system! My wife and I could not be more pleased and will highly recommend Best Buy and Dave and Ed. Thank you . Larry Darst

    They came out to confirm that my less than two year old Samsung 50 inch television was indeed defective. Asked my options, they hoped it would be replaced. Not the case. While being very nice, no one at Best Buy wouldn't accept any responsibility and said that there was nothing they could do. Samsung said it should have never been sold, was 2 years old and out of warranty when Best Buy sold it to me. I was on my own. No word from Best Buy. I just purchased one from Costco, came with 2 year warranty, 90 day return and I purchased an additional 3 year protection plan, which they deducted from the price of the television. So I will have a 5 year warranty, Best Buy would sell me a plan for one or two years for 129. Will not purchase from Best Buy again. The Geek Squad guys perfectly polite.

    The survey was just what i needed to make my decisions. I am redoing my media room but have older speakers from a Bose system. The consultant made it clear these can probably be used with a new receiver and a new subwoofer. I went to the store and the in store worker remembered nmmy case and helpled me order a new TV, sub woofer , and all the cables i would need. The install is in 4 days and I can not wait.

    The agents figured out that my universal remote was about at the end of its useful life (had to press the buttons really hard), so I decided I'd just use the individuals remotes. (My husband was a tech kind of guy, and there are seven TVs, two 400-disc DVD jukeboxes, a projector for a drop-down movie screen, a reel-to-reel player, and various other items - as well as the computer system.) So great that you have the Geek Squad - they've helped me a LOT in their visits the last couple years. Thanks so much!

    I had a site survey and then purchased a New Samsung 50” TV. I also had my New Samsung TV Mounted on the wall by the Geek Squad. They did a really great job and I was very impressed by the way the entire experience was.

    They mounted a Attic Antenna for us. They knew just what to do and were very helpful. They got it done in no time and works great. They helped us on how to work it with our TV. Plus if the pictures needed some more clearly, they told us how to do that too..

    Steve, the Geek Squad agent, was timely, honest with his evaluation of the project and proceeded to get the install done efficiently. He offered solutions to cable and sound bar which I thought would be difficult to resolve. Very happy and satisfied with the job done!

    The Geek squad inspected the area that a new microwave was to be installed. They determined that the model we chose was not appropriate. They also told us that we would need to have new wiring. They were very helpful in our decision making process.

    The Geek Squad mounted my TV and connected it to my Blue-Ray and Bose sound bar 700. They also taught me how to use my remote control to get what I wanted to watch or listen. They followed through their company's COVID-19 protocol throughout the servicing process.

    The equipment has been installed just need some instruction on its use. Unfortunately written instructions are not available or provided. Best Buy's Reward program is a joke because the Technicians can't apply the Rewards and after it's been purchased, they refuse to apply the Rewards earned. Not using Best Buy again because of these frustrations.

    Order Number: 98516849 Summary of Work Performed: Agent Stephens arrived timely. Was professional throughout and respected my property. We discussed audio options and how the wiring is set up and would go into an AVR. We talked about how he needs a new receiver to accommodate the amount of speakers I have in my house. He sent me a recommended AVR. 5 Stars from my side
