Disappointed!

They were also to connect my remotes to the sound bars. The mounting went "okay". The previous mounting holes are now visible which could have been avoided with proper mounting. When it came to programming my remotes, the technician was obviously fed up and finally told me my LG remote was not compatible with the Sonos playbar. After he left, I found a simple tutorial online. I used Geek Squad services in the past for installation and the technicians were helpful and friendly. Not so this time. The younger technician who obviously was new, was more helpful than the more experienced technician.
