    I set up the visit at the store. I wanted advice on what cable to buy to connect my PC to my stereo receiver. He told me that no such cable was available, (I found one on ebay), that I needed to buy a new more modern receiver. So instead of giving me the solid advice I needed, he was only interested in selling me something I didn't really need. He also didn't tell me that the Denon receiver that he sold me would be incompatible with the older LCD TV that I had, so now I would need to buy a TV. I still am unable to pair the TV up to the receiver. I called Denon for help and they were utterly disrespectful and not helpful. Samsung was much better but unable to help me saying you need to call Denon. So now you have sold me a receiver and a TV neither of which I needed. I tried to call the Bluffton store. The phone there doesn't even ring so I am unable to call. I did get the number to the manager. I called several times and left a voice mail and was not responded to. This is totally unacceptable service!
