    GEEKS in- store had no knowledge about the washer and dryer we purchased. BEST BUY's delivery subcontractors were p[-olite, efficient and knew there trade.

    It was a really bad experience. The guy scheduled a date and charged for the service. But never updated in there system. Had to reschedule my trip assuming they were going to show up. Never showed up since it wasn’t scheduled in there system. New schedule was 3 weeks later. That would put me with 2 months without tv. I canceled my total tech membership.
