My surround sound was a big job. Milan and Will were right on time. They were very respectful in my home. They always asked my opinion about a look or device to make sure I was 100 percent satisfied with their work. They did a great job with everything!

The agents came in and we're extremely polite and extremely knowledgeable and explained the process of what I might need after listening intently to what I was telling them and what my needs were. They explained things on my level of understanding and made sure that I was truly understanding what they were saying in case I had other needs that they had not addressed.

Very knowledge techs. Arrived with plenty of notice right on time. Examined structure and materials thoroughly. Without their expertise I would have tried to mount 77” tv on Adobe wall which would have been a disaster. Thankfully Geeks determined structurally would be inappropriate for mounting and gave me other solutions including changing walls or going for television with a stand instead of wall mount. Thank you for saving me time and money. Looking forward to new tv but no longer mounting on this wall. So glad I didn’t try this on my own!

Agent set up my mesh router and modem wi-fi system, very efficently and correctly the first time.

We had a few install issues, faulty Blu Ray, but they stuck with it. It works great. They’re courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. They practice safe in home entry, masks, shoe covers and distancing. We’ll definitely use them in the future.

Clay did an excellent job evaluating my request. He made a recommendation which I agreed to and installed my purchase a few days later.

I haven’t had the equipment installed yet but Dalton was PHENOMENAL on the site survey and had many ideas and solutions for an entertainment center that I inherited w the purchase of a new home. He is outstanding! His knowledge and skills and customer service is unparalleled! Lobelio at the Best Buy in Downers Grove is just FANTASTIC! He showed me several different options and I probably purchased an additional $1000 because of him! Thanks, ALOT! Lol! I was so impressed with him - he was patient and entirely customer service oriented. Really great! Jerry the manager in that Dept at Downers Grove also provided exemplary assistance - very funny too. I really feel like I got the red carpet treatment! Ty, Geeks!! I can’t wait to get my new system installed!

After a big screen purchase I felt it necessary to have it fine tuned to be the perfect device for my family. The tech asked me relevant questions about my liking the picture and the audio. It was done professionally and I am a happy customer!

Geek squad inatalled my equipment quickly, was kind and curteous, and explained how to use it.

Went to the Best Buy store to look at cameras for outside of our condo. Salesperson said I could book an appointment with a consultant to review all of this. I booked appointment and got call from GeekSquad, and they day they were going to come out they were a little confused, but came out anyway. She was great, pleasant and as helpful as she could be, but wasn't the right person for the job as I needed an "In-home Consultant" not GeekSquad. Someone had scheduled the wrong thing. The in-home consultant was great when they came out, just a mixup initially on who. Great experience in-person though and very helpful :-)

The Geek Squad mounted my new 65 inch tv on the wall and did an excellent job. They took all the boxes and cleaned up after themselves. Explained everything about the functionality of our new set and answered all our questions.

The agent was here to see if we could supplement our DISH subscription by installing an antenna so that we could get local channels. After trying several antennas with no luck - as we live in a river valley, he suggested that we try streaming in order to get the desired channels and explained the entire process in detail. We no longer have DISH, saved $50/month in the process, and are very happy. Best Buy didn't get a sale - but they earned more trust and loyalty. Good job!!!

We had Geek Squad come out to help us work through some home theater snags. Chad gave us a thorough workshop then designed a fantastic system for us.

Replaced a Vizio with an LG and couldn’t be happier. Outstanding picture quality and speakers were pretty good but decided to upgrade to a slung bar.

Totally professional and personable. They reset my remote control and readjusted the picture to bring out the life like color
