    When Andrew came out, I was impressed with his advice. He told me he would send me an itemized list of what I needed with pricing so I could just check out. I didn't get it. When I contacted him to request it again, he said he sent it and requested my phone number again to resend it. Though I gave him all my contact information, I never heard another word. I'm thinking of contacting his manager.

    Site survey ordered for new Ring camera installations and service call was based upon inaccurate info provided by the Geek Quad customer service. Appointment did NOT accomplish intent but not the fault of the service crew due. Caused considerable waste of time to both me and Best Buy service dept.

    The Geek Squad arrived promptly. I was impressed by the way they protected my floors by wearing foot coverings. They were here to assess my house for a wired alarm system. I was disappointed to learn that they would not be able to provide this service.

    Not a good experience. Both gentlemen came to my home and it was as if I was invisible. They kept talking to each other and not me about the plan. At one point when I decided to speak up, I got the feeling that they forgot I was there or were annoyed that I actually asked a question. They said they were going to follow up by sending the plan for the system, to date, I have received nothing from either of them. There is so much more to say but why bother? Best Buy, I am very disappointed. I expected better. Thank you
