I had a prompt site visit and the review was done along with the bid for the work... But, nobody ever followed up with me as promised, to schedule the job. I suppose they were too busy? For sure, somebody dropped the ball...

They mounted my tv and sound bar fast and quick left me very happy

I have had the worst experience of my life with Geek Squad. We have 3 computers online support with Geek Squad and there was an issue with one of my profiles on Microsoft Outlook. A Geek Squad agent in India deleted all my old outlook record. Even deleted the pst file and deleted it from the recycle bin as well. Went to local Best Buy store in the Perimeter atlanta dunwoody area where met with some more agents with an attitude problem. The only nice and professional person during this entire experience was Tyler at the Best Buy Geek Squad team who at least tried to help. Nobody knew how to fix the problem. Went back and took my old laptop which had emails till the end of the year 2019 but nobody knew how to get them exported into the new laptop so that it can just start from where the old laptop ends. Now i have gotten the same thing done by a Geek Squad agent in another part of Atlanta a couple of times when i have changed laptops and it takes him hardly an hour to transfer everything into the new laptop. Only the rules don't get imported and have to be set up again. But these Geek Squad agents did not know how to do it. One of them was RYAN who acted and looked like a Geek but just had my laptop sitting their and copying the outlook files into a folder on the desktop. This shows how inconsistent their know how is about technical issues. It was an Outlook issue which got further complicated and messed up by a Geek Squad agent and then i had to deal with further Geek Squad agents and their attitude trying to get it fixed. It is still not fixed and I have scheduled an in home appointment with the Geeks Squad agent who has done this in the past and have been waiting for the last 2 weeks for the date so he can come and fix my problem. This is my experience and customer feedback.
