The agents set up the tv and connected all cables. Also installed Roku and adjusted sound bar previously bought at Best Buy.

Great advice for mounting issue. I was having problems with a smart TV in my study. The cables ran through the wall and there was no way for our HM I cable to be installed from the box. The solution was instead of a smart TV get a dumb TV.

The agents connected an older TV in the Master Bedroom to a SmarTV in the Master Bathroom so we could watch the same program on both at the same time, or watch other channels available on the newer TV.

The technician did a wonderful job of installing my TV's and getting them running. Professional, pleasant and efficient.

The initial experience did not go well. Requested the Greek squad and was given a time and date. The day before the consultation visit, I got a call from a third party that they would be doing the work. This did not go over well because I was told by the sales staff that Best Buy had more control over their own installers and certainly they would. I insisted that I wanted company installers. I was rescheduled for another day. The Greek Squad came out and were very professional and friendly. Kycee came back to set up my universal remote. She had to come back a third time because the Yamaha was not working properly. She installed a new one and it has been working. I have only good things to say about the Greek Squad. If Best Buy can fix the scheduling issues, you will have a much better product because the Greek Squad is holding up their end.

We had two visits--one to initially evaluate our home for the coming installation and one to do the actual installation. The pre-installation visit was very helpful. During the process, we identified additional mounting products we would need and after evaluation of our family room, decided on a different TV than the one we had initially ordered. The techs took pictures and apparently wrote down their suggestions for the installation. The installation went well also, but I was a little surprised that they had no idea of what the pre-installation techs recommendations were and apparently no way to access their report. Still, they did a very good job and showed us how to use our system after professionally setting it all up.

Coordinated meeting with Brian well in advance due to tight schedule upon arrival. Meeting took place on schedule and the assessment of remote management solutions proved to be spot on. Recommendations for camera, lighting, garage door opening devices, and thermostats were all adopted based on internet, router/modem and mesh network solutions. Entire process was accomplished seamlessly through coordination between Brian and the local Best Buy store and Geek Squad. Truly a tuned and knowledgeable organization. Total analysis assistance was much appreciated and has been followed up with after purchase support.

The first purchsse we made was our '75 Samsung TV and wall mount with a Bose 650 lifestyle. Not only was their install perfect but they took the time to show us how to get the most out of it.

The team came on time and did the site survey quite well. They explained the options to me and also suggested alternatives to my project that involved some extensive rewiring in my house.
