I would give zero in rating, however I knew they would give zero effort in trying to resolve the situation anyhow. Firstly, lets speak about the level of incompetency of the sale personnel whom cannot recognize the needs of the client and wireless isn’t always better for a commercial used. She only care of her own commission and interests. Second, on June 14, 2023 6:43 pm when I call to check on the order, I am not sure if it’s the same sale women, nevertheless they were laughing and joking of my name and having a time of their life while I was on the phone waiting for responses. Lastly, the survey personnel (I believe it was Eric) show up late for his job, the survey was conducted and was agreed on doing it next week, but no executions of the job nor an explanation of why it was not a follow up to finish. Overall the business wasted one whole month before before I went back to the store to get a check up on the job only to find out it was canceled! With out a single callback from best-buy ever! I didn’t know best-buy is about best of wasting time! Absolutely disgusting way of conducting business
