Failure to Resolve the Printer internet problem
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Though I had three Geek Squad people working on my problem, resetting the internet code, none were able to fix it. I can accaept that. But what upset me was that in one case I got a message that the problem was resolved. In another, I requested a call back and never received it. In a third case I got a note about the repair but no nformation about whether it was resolved or not. The communication process failed. And now I have to take the printer in to hopefully have it fixed at a Best Buy store. What a disappointment .

No estimate no work

the site survey was not helpful at all
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The service person who came to our house only had a short time to do the "survey," which later on another Geek Squad member didn't know why Best Buy had a site survey done at all. I just needed my wiring all set up right for my stereo components. As it turned out in the later visit, my receiver needed to have firmware updated (I think that's what it was). So the site survey was useless. The guy who did come had a short time and just ran the cords but didn't have time to test out everything. So my second actual service did the job.

There was no follow up on the site survey.

Crap Warranty Service!

Then when I got the right tech he did what he was supposed to but didn't exactly follow up nor use the information that I clearly showed him from Sony forums about 1000s of other customers having the same issue (4k resolution reduced to half when running 120Hz). Told me a case was open with Sony but never called back. So I spoke to another tech who told me I would need to speak to a store manager. Well I couldn't get through to a store manager. So I called Customer support who bounced me through 4 different people. That person made me feel hopeful but ended in someone else calling me to tell me it's over they won't replace the TV. So I'm stuck with this falsely advertised TV that doesnt do what I paid for it. I'm near ready to SUE Best Buy and Sony!
