    They never showed never called themn i get a yext they change my time after agent did not call . I called an told them cancel this he never showed . An hour an a half later a tech calls my phone tells me he is on his way. I told him no ypur not your window i was given yesterday closed an hour an 1/2 ago i am not waisting my 1 day off waiting on you to show when you never botthered to show or call during 4 hour time frame i was given . I have not rescheduled this i will not this is 2nd time attempring to get help from best buy i will be going with another vendor not only for consult but to purchase my audio visual equipment. Not happy whats point of being enrolled in gerk squard paying a fee every year an then when you need them they do not show up...i will be ending my membership in nov.
