    I invited Geek to come by to survey installation of Ring doorbell Pro. After a quick glance they said the Pro could not be connected to an existing mechanical door bell and much less an intercom system. Plenty of You Tube videos show you how. Maybe they did not want to install it, but it is insulting when they say it won't work. I give a second star because the person who came to home was respectful, but the answer from his supervisor was wrong. Prior home consults on other equipment installs have been fine.

    Didn’t really care about earning my business. He came in walked around and said it’s going to cost you a lot of money. No ideas or any additional assistance at all

    The agents that came to our home did a fine job. However as a subscription member to Geek squad service I was let with no follow up after several attempted contacts trying to reach the personal sales consultant that I'd been promised. This is the first time in 2-3 years that I've used the premium subscription service. Very disappointed in the follow up. I plan to cancel before the next renewal date.

    The agent who showed up at my house didn’t return my calls about the part for my tv being ordered or not. Until yesterday some other tech guy called me and said he ordered the part. Now I have to wait for the part to arrive which they are not sure when it will. I am using a back up tv at the moment that is on the floor and need the other tv that is being worked on to start running asap. I hope the part arrives to my house before I leave out of town on August 6.
