He would have a supervisor call me. someone did call but I was on the phone meeting with my doctor and asked if he could call me back. He say he would. I said I would be available in about 30 minutes. No one called me that day. It has been over a week and no one has called me back. A month earlier, on this same issue, I asked to have a supervisor call and no one did. I cannot recommend because you constantly get conflicting information and all they say or do is " sorry about that" and they do not follow through with getting you in touch with anyone who can help resolve the problem. So very very disappointed because this I have always had a good impression of Best Buy, but now I will be cancelling my TOTAL TEC - so disappointed.

My installation was denied
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The site surveyor came out and examined where we wanted the TV installed and confirmed that it wouldn’t be a problem. Then after I go purchase the TV and wait for the installation date, I get word back that they can’t install my TV as previously confirmed. I was very disappointed in this inconsistency and cancelled my entire purchase.

Spent one hour and they told me what I needed.

Not happy with speaker install

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love how they came in and set up the speakers in the spots that they were needed. However, they didn’t pair my remote with the receiver, they also didn’t ensure that all components were set up and properly working before running out the door. They also didn’t show my husband or myself anything about how anything was set up so, I’m order to try and troubleshoot was/is difficult. I had to spend time to figure out why components aren’t working and how they set it up. I am very disappointed in how this was set up
